    Acquisition & Holdings

    To continuously enhance the health of its real estate portfolio, optimize returns, and ensure responsible asset management, Lifa relies on a sound and carefully calculated growth strategy. To this end, the fund maintains the goal of gradually building a portfolio worth more than $500M by 2032.

    Capital Management

    Essential to Lifa’s mission, capital management is at the core of the fund’s activities. Lifa consistently upholds the highest standards for all actions directly or indirectly affecting investors’ capital. Integrity, transparency, proactivity, and stability are among the values guiding every decision Lifa makes regarding the financial resources entrusted to it.
    Lifa’s managers also invest their own capital in each of the fund’s properties to align their interests with those of investors.
