    We’re extending our campaign to the end of September

    We have been busy these last few months, working with our heads down, to help grow this business and support self-employed Canadians with our health/wellness (group benefits) focused service offering. During this time, we have continually learned and accomplished many of our short-term milestones.

    Highlights

    • Product: Successfully developed and deployed a complete digital onboarding enrollment and onboarding experience from application, membership subscription to payment.
    • Operations: Developed a fully compliant CRM system and database to support operational, sales, and marketing efforts to automate nurturing tactics to optimize conversions and pipeline movement along with hiring a Product Manager and Customer Success Representative. Employee count from 3 -> 5 FTE.
    • Sales: Successfully launched our first partnership (affiliate program) in our 1:many business development with a second to launch in the 3rd week of September.  These associations and groups represent communities of over 5500 with additional partnerships in nurturing stages with an additional community base of 2700.


    Interesting Insights

    • Distribution by Province: More than 60% of registered users on the platform are from Ontario. 25% are BC based followed by AB and NS (2.3% each). 
    • Distribution by Age: This has been an interesting bit of information for us as well. More than 70% of users that registered on to the platform are under 40 years old. Majority are between 31 and 40 (41%) while 33% are under 30 years of age. These initial results provide an opportunity to  tailor a product that will appeal to the young demographic that we are attracting. 
    • Type of Coverage: Of the members registered on the platform, approximately 49% are looking for single coverage vs. 24% or dependent coverage. The 24% looking for dependent coverage can be split into approximately 11% that are looking for coverage for one dependent and 13% for 2+ dependents.
    • Type of Self Employed: Of the members registered, approximately 42% are full-time freelancers / consultants. Of the remaining, 14% are part-time while only 4% identified themselves as moonlighting. 60% of those registered were organized as Sole Proprietors and another 16% as Incorporations of one.
    • Business Income Segmentation: As expected, the majority of the businesses had income under $60,000 (44%). In fact, 25% of the businesses had income under $31,000 and 19% had income between $31,000 and $60,000. 15% of businesses had income over $60,000.

    Campaign Extension

    We have heard from several individuals that they’d like to make their investments once things are settled after the summer so we have decided to extend our campaign by 1 month. Therefore, the campaign close date has been changed to September 30th.


    Traction

    For those who are still thinking about an investment in Livelii, we wanted to share some recent updates with you. 

    We have MRR. We are currently treading towards $2.5K/MRR anticipated to reach $15K by mid-November.

    We have GROWTH. We are converting 15% of our customers, and this number is growing significantly with our B to B to C (Partnership/Affiliate) strategy.

    We have a GOAL! We are gearing up to welcome 150 paying members ($99/$199 monthly membership) by the end of November.
