🔹 Stephen Crosher – CEO
Stephen leads with deep experience in innovation, commercialization, and management across the energy, property, and retail sectors. He’s held senior roles including Commercial Director at Quiet Revolution and CCO at X-Wind Power, and served as Managing Director at Fleet Renewables, working across EVs, tidal, solar, and biomass.
🔹 Dr. Tamás Bertenyi – CTO
An engineer, entrepreneur, and PhD in experimental fluid mechanics from the University of Cambridge, Tamás has spent 20+ years turning bold cleantech ideas into real-world solutions. Formerly R&D Director at Quiet Revolution and CTO at NPI waste heat recovery for data centres, he brings a rare mix of deep technical insight and start-up agility.
🔹 Graham Cook – CFO
With more than 25 years in senior financial roles—most of it focused on cleantech—Graham knows what it takes to fund and grow breakthrough technologies. Previously working as CFO at C-Capture (carbon capture), Yorkshire Hydropower, Eel power and Q-Bot (hydro, energy storage, energy efficiency AI), he’s helped raise tens of millions for cleantech companies.
🔹 Jim Campion – Chairman
Jim brings world-class investment expertise to the table. Former MD of Actis' Rezolv Energy Fund and former Partner at EnerCap Capital, he has huge experience investing in power projects up to £1.3billion. He’s also held senior roles at Quiet Revolution, Biomass Engineering, and Bowman Power, and is a Fellow of the Energy Institute.
